One in the eye for ya...wd Phil
Ok here on SKY poker they have been running a kind of tournement to find the best player to send to Vegas for WSOP...
So they have had preliminary rounds,qualifiers,and so on but basically it was down to (each team has a mentor and there are three mentors.) 3 Players per team.....last week was nailbiting stuff as the 6 from each team was whittled down to 3....anyway this week they have had three Sn G 6 man tourneys to find the best players.....
The thing is my m8(Phil) from down the road was in the toughest group ,as his team won all three of the SnGs Phil won one and came second in other ,the other two both won other SnGs so basically Phils team won all three....
so that left a dilema. Why because 1 off them had to go....
and after a long wait it was decided that Phil had to go....Heartbreaker.....He is real good guy....was a great shame.....anyway the next night was Primo night ( the biggest tournement on Sky) and he pulled some great play and had a bit of luck and finished 2nd.......
Phil you da man.....one in the eye for em......

i should just explain that these SnG sthey played were obviously 2 each....so just to get into perspective...if you finished 1st and 2nd in your two games you would harldy expect to be going home...would ya....
