there is 900 in the pot and your chip stack is 8K

are you jamming there and then? or do you raise ? Flat call and see flop ?

what are your thoughts?

OK here s the scene MTT 40 players,3 of you left you have 20000 in chips button has 35000,SB has 30000 blinds are at 600/1200 you wake up with AsQh in BB when button minraises to 2400

What do you do?

6 people get paid....

action folds round to you in sb and you see A6 hearts....

you call the blind,
then the bb pushes all in for 13000 in chips....

what do you do?

hi all....

to cut a long story short,played at the casino tonight.....got to final table and three of us left.....had 5 bb and i pushed on the button with k6 hearts......now am not sure if this was a correct play...whether k6 is strong enough ....

any thoughts...?

Hi all,been away for a bit playin at the casino ,improving my game....and last night it must have worked ,had some of the best cards i ever had and to cut a long story short made the final table of a 2790 runner 10 dollar buyin......

had 900k in chips with blinds at 25/50k ante 5k

anyway first hand am in sb and get k3 suited....

ok so we playing the velocity tournement,(kind of super turbo blinds go up every 5 mins)

there are 10 left

you have 36000 in chips and you in sb for 6000 action folds round to you and you look at J3

bb has 81000 in chips including BB of 12000

any thoughts....

now i know i should have probably folded......but how many times can you let him get away with it...and this time i have him covered,any subsequent call if i fold will make me at risk.....

Ok so Last Sunday (Yesterday) the Sky Poker Tour Live Event at G-Casino Luton was battled out amongst the top players on the site.....

Myself i was there and sat at seat1 table 11......

Where to begin, started out swimmingly...called a preflop raise with JJ flop came J spades 8 spades 5 hearts....

pot was 800 am in first position and i thought put a little bet in..(man on end had called everyhand...) but both folded...

so thought id missed a spot then and thought maybe i should have checked....

Ok here on SKY poker they have been running a kind of tournement to find the best player to send to Vegas for WSOP...

So they have had preliminary rounds,qualifiers,and so on but basically it was down to (each team has a mentor and there are three mentors.) 3 Players per team.....last week was nailbiting stuff as the 6 from each team was whittled down to 3....anyway this week they have had three Sn G 6 man tourneys to find the best players.....

ok picture the scene 100 player mtt omaha 3 players left ...

am in big blind...stack at 120 ,000

big stack has raised to 25,000 blinds at 5000,10000

i called the raise and that was the flop...

big stack pushes all in (which obviously covers me) lot of money difference between 2nd and 3rd...

other stack has 15 000 inchips

now i was caught in a decision do i try and go for it to take the win? or do i fold and take a definite second?
