January went by pretty quick and i probably put in less volume than i wanted to. I made a fait bit of progress to my goal of making a roll of $500 to move up to the $10 games. Im currently over halfway with $270. I made silverstar quite easily even though i didnt start solely on DoN for a while. I have played 455 DoN over jan with 6% roi. Had a $110 downswing which killed roi and profit. losing 20 buy ins when margins are so small sucks but ah well. I have only had maybe 4 or 5 losing days the entire month and am happy with the progress that i am making.

I hate these kind of post where people whine about beats and stuff. However i need to vent a bit. Last 3 or 4 sessions have all been losers for the first time in 750 odd games. Some of the nicer hands were JJ v Ax. Flop AJ3 turn 3 river A. nice Smile. another one JJ(J of spades) v 78 934 2 spades, turn 8 spades river 7 of diamonds. again good stuff. im gonna go and have a little cry, maybe go out tonight and get back on the grind properly tomorrow. Im not on tilt but it is getting a little bit old now. however i have ended the session on "hot" so maybe im due an upswing!

some unreal stuff going on in the 6 mans. on the bubbles against one guy i lost A7 v his K7 A10 v his A7, KJ vs his K10 to running flush cards. I would love to see lifetime ev grpah of all my hands, if i didnt have sick run good when i first started playing i must be $$$$$$ under ev. Rant arghhhh goddamn poker its so annoying. Surely im doing something right if i can double a guy three times and still have chips (albeit about 200). grind all these nice pots and cant win ANY AIPF literally EVER. rant ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. bye.

I cashed out all my funds apart from $15 last week because i was getting tilted and i now hate DoN even more. spent my roll on a 5 day bender at uni, literally out drinking every night. Played zero poker for a bit apart from a few HU. I want to play cash really, thats where everyone wants to end up i guess so i have started 12 tabling 0.01/0.02 NL. played 2 fairly short sessions today and booked small win in first (not bad for bb/100 but these stakes its always gonna be tiny $) booked a better win today. Im gonna only play full ring buy in for 50BB ($1).
