Bad Beat from Hell

We'll heres my latest horror story. I was playing ina $109 mtt around 600 entrants. Torney payed 90 players adn i was in 50th place with 112 left. I had 30k in chips, the chip leader was at the table playing like a maniac. Raising every hand not receiving very much resistance. Big blind was 800 im on the button, maniac was in 5 position. He raises 1,800, no callers my hand is jj I reraise to 5,900, he reraises to 11,000. I push all in and he calls w/68off. He hits a 6 on the flop and an 8 on the river to knock me out of the tourney. I completely lost control and ranted for five minutes on how the f##### bingo hall was down the road. Not happy with my behaivor, but man come on!!!

Do you think my play was proper under the circumstances???

My penis is small. so, I always complain.

depends how much prizing means to you, if youre on scared money then you would fold. But if you enter these MTTs often and have the roll to do so then bubbling doesnt make a difference, because your +EV plays will make you more in the long term.

obv if this is a one-off entry to the tournament and you were desperate to prize then you can justify playing it differently.

Are you saying that if you are 5 minutes from making the money it is still a +EV play to push here? If so this is probbaly a leak in my game. When I am within a few minutes of making the money I always avoid a bigger stack until I get ITM.

Yeah i might a just mucked seeing as the bubble was coming up. Honestly it seems that the fat stack acting stupid on the bubble has a super ability to bust ppl azz from way behind. Id reccomend mucking, u have a whole round b4 the BB hits u agn, and maybe u canpik up a better pair or ak b4 then

Did ya get that free video yet Greg? Wink
